Treaty of Peace and Jointly Shared Territories
For the Adrian Subdivisions
In the Mundane State of Florida

This Treaty of Shared Territories becomes effective on the Date of Signature by the duly authorized representatives of each Subdivision. On those dates all territories held by signing subdivisions become jointly shared territories, limited only by their individual Charters and the mundane boundaries of the State of Florida .

1. There will be no dividing lines between any subdivisions that are signature to this Treaty.

            2. All Chattel goods which are the property of any subdivision, at the time they sign this Treaty, remain the property of that subdivision.

            3. No subdivision that is signature to this Treaty may be lawfully barred from using any venue within any of their territories, with the following stipulations:

            A. Each Subdivision may name and hold one Capitol. Whether in a public or private location, the use of that Capitol is reserved for the sole use of that subdivision. Any requests for the use of the Capitol by another subdivision must be approved by the Crow n of the owning subdivision.

            B. If archery events are not held in the subdivisions’ Capital, then each subdivision may also claim one location as its’ official Archery Field. Any request for the use of that Archery Field by another subdivision must be approved by the Crow n of the owning subdivision.

            C. As a result of the joint sharing of territory, all signature subdivisions may hold events freely within the shared areas, including designating Canton locations and events, as long as such events do not infringe on areas previously designated as Capital or Archery locations. For the purposes of this treaty, Canton locations do not reserve a location for the specific use of one subdivision.

            4. Each subdivision will designate an individual that will be charged with notifying all other signatories to this treaty of all scheduled official Adrian events, in a timely manner.

            5. All subdivisions may bid openly to autocrat Imperial Events and Fairs within their jointly held areas. Any money generated at any such events, not otherwise obligated, will be split by all participating subdivisions based on the hours that each subdivision contributes to the fundraising at that event.

6. All signing subdivisions recognize that this treaty does not remove any members right to attend any Adrian Empire event, nor from accruing points toward Knighthood at any Adrian Empire event. Additionally, the members are reminded that members of any subdivision may reassign their membership to another subdivision annually as per Imperial Law.

            7. Any subdivision within the mundane State of Florida , including any newly created subdivisions, may join this Treaty by providing signed copies of the Treaty to all signature subdivisions and the Imperial Chancellor.

            8. All who sign this treaty recognize the above to be the intent and Will of the Estates and the membership of the subdivisions which have entered into this Treaty. All parts of this Treaty will remain in effect, regardless of the size and status of any included subdivision, until such a time that any subdivision becomes in Violation of the Laws of the Adrian Empire, the Estates of all included subdivisions agree to alter the terms of this Treaty, or until an included subdivision ceases to exist in the Adrian Empire.
