Most of this is self explanatory I just want to go over what each of the points mean.

E.P. - means Event participation - you get this for participating in a crown event, fighting in combat, turning in a project in arts, and shooting in archery. Ministry is a little different. You get your points here for marshaling, judging, list mistress, waterbearer ( any job that helps complete the event ) You get your sires ministry for attending and turning in your sires report. Ministers get theirs for doing whatever function they are supposed to fulfill. You only get one participation point per month no matter how many events you go to, per by-laws.
Article V # D - A member shall not (receive credit for) more than one event per month for the purpose of meeting their requirements for advancement. Two (2) exceptions -Imp. Crown War and Crown/Civil War. see above: ( be allowed to participate in has been removed and receive credit for was added)

W.P. - means War participation - these are given for attending any war and participating in it. They are given for the same things an event participation is given for, but in the war point column. So go by that to decide who gets points and where they go.

D.P. - means attending a Demonstration - you get a demo-point for attending a demonstration. The type of demo. you attend decides the type of point you get. Attending fair you get ministry D.P. if you fight at the fair you get a combat demo, if you do arts of some kind you get a arts D.P., same with archery. If you attend a collegium you get a D.P. according to the type of collegium, arts gets arts D.P. and so on.

T.W. - means Tourney Win - if you win a tourney you get a tourney win. You can only get one win per month no matter how many tourneys you win, per by-laws.
By-Law section on Writs - P. 51 of 55 - # 11 -No member of the Adrian Empire may gain more than one tourney win per month for the purpose of gaining rank in the Knightly Orders. The only exception to this rule shall be in the case of attending an Imp. tournament in the same month as a Crown event.

M.W. - means Masterwork - this is a award you get in the arts. (30 points needed)
M.P. - means Masterpiece - this is a award you get in arts.(

D.I. - means Demo. Initiation - you get this for giving a collegium, or if you autocrat a demo, or fair. It is for running the whole show. You can also give a D.I. to someone who helps you put this on. It is up to the Crown totally about D.I.s. Everything must be approved by them.

Please use the following letters when filling out each section. You will find that these letters stay the same with each form that we use so if you get used to using them it will become natural to just use them after a while.

K for Steel
Ministry just write in what job they did
There is a section (A/O) for attendance only
There is a section called location. example: you fight at Castilles and write that in the A. place in the box.
Fight a war in York, place it in the B place. Then you place the letter in the place marked Lo on report and we know where you earned each point
